I would say Delta. With Delta's main hub being Atlanta, you will get the best rates there. I used to live in Atlanta and I always flew Delta to see my aunt in Boston.

i've been pricing hotel and flight combos at all the usual web sites (orbit, expedia, etc.) and found the best deal on travelocity. The others had me making two switches and flying two different airlines in one day. I got one airline, one plane switch, and saved 50 (per person) on a hotel/plane package.

try hotwire or cheaptickets.com. I have personally used both with great results.

Luckily Atlanta is a major airport so tickets shouldn't be that bad.

Good luck!

Check out airtran. I fly in and out of here all the time and can usually find the best rate through them.

Does Jet Blue fly out of ATL?

If so...

There you go!
